I designed this program using my 15+ years of face to face personal training experience and running fitness classes to bring you a smooth 8 week introduction to working out in a gym and getting exactly what you need out of it as a beginner just getting started. What we need is a piece of mind, some motivational direction and to SEE the results of the hard work. This is what makes this approach Total Balance.
